this chicken was tied up to a table for about a week at PDH, the center I was volunteering with in Togo, one day we had a feast and it was eaten with la sauce du arachide (peanut sauce) ... I ate the sauce... not the chicken ... I couldn't get myself to eat something that I had been looking at everyday... once alive.
